We are happy to announce the nineth Inter-Activity Preparatory Council (IAPC) meeting and the fourth Board of Governmental Representatives (BGR) meeting that will take place on 29-30 September and 1 October in Utrecht-Bunnik, the Netherlands at the Postillion hotel. The IAPC meeting will be preceded by the Project Development Board (PDB) meeting on 29 September.

 

The meetings are hosted jointly by the University of Utrecht, the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI), the Netherlands Organisation For Scientific Research (NWO), and the Netherlands Organisation For Applied Scientific Research (TNO).

 

The meetings will focus on:

 

  • Scientific vision and added value
  • Architecture
  • Sustainability Plan
  • ECO hosting
  • Legal and governance model
  • Roadmap towards the Construction Phase

Flight & hotel booking information

 

We will make an effort to arrange transportation from Schiphol Airport to the conference venue for BGR members arriving on 30 September. We ask the BGR members to please bear in mind to arrive latest 12:30h on Schiphol Airport to have enough time to reach the meeting before 14:00h.

Further instructions will be given in the week of 15 September when all flight schedules are known.

 

We have reserved hotel rooms at the conference venue Postillion Hotel Utrecht-Bunnik at a reduced rate of € 75,- (€ 92,91incl. breakfast and tourism tax) for a 1-person bedroom. To book a room, please send an e-mail to: reservations@postillionhotels.com.
